Michael Karl McNeil

With an extensive background in implementing workplace best practices, Michael Karl McNeil provides industrial hygiene and construction safety services to organizational clients across Los Angeles County. He works to define and implement policies and procedures that promote a consistent safety culture and meet compliance mandates. Michael Karl McNeil’s efforts have reduced incident rates and minimized legal risks, and he performs comprehensive safety inspections and audits.

Mr. McNeil’s accomplishments at McNeil Safety Consulting include authoring corporate drug and alcohol policies, as well as Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) plans. He has developed and implemented site-specific plans that address special hazards. He worked on complex workers compensation cases and provided liability defense in courts of law. The industrial hygiene reports he authored enabled the eviction of non-compliant tenants.

Mr. McNeil is active with the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association and the Occupational Health and Safety Association. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering at cross country races and taking excursions to Montana for fly fishing.
